We were invited to a wonderful day at the Disney Television Animation Building!
It felt amazing being back on Disney property! They make everything so magical that as soon as we pulled up we were already super excited.
As soon as we arrived they had coloring pages for the kids. Then they took us into a screening room to watch a couple of episodes of HAMSTER 🐹 & Gretel 🦸🏼
The show was super cute and funny! It follows Kevin and younger sister Gretel, who are about to be bestowed superpowers by space aliens. But something goes awry, and it’s Gretel and her pet hamster (named Hamster) who suddenly have new abilities. Now, protective older brother Kevin must figure out how to work with Gretel and her pet Hamster to protect their city from mysterious dangers.
They get into all sorts of situations and have the funniest approach to get out of them that had us all laughing out loud!
After the sneak preview, we attended a drawing tutorial led by the creator of the show, Dan Povenmire who also created Phineas and Ferb!
He guided us in drawing hamster 🐹 and they turned out so good. He signed our drawings and even took pictures with us! 
As if it couldn’t get any better, next they brought out so many delicious snacks and we munched away while we had a Q&A session with Dan and his daughter who voices the character of Gretel!
Of course, Disney did not let us leave empty handed. They gave us some goodie bags and we left with huge smiles on our faces!
We can’t wait to watch more episodes of Hamster & Gretel! My nine year old and twelve year old both thought it was really funny.
I absolutely love when we have shows to watch that we can enjoy together as a family! 🙌🏽
