If you are looking to have some fun this holiday season, then make sure you check out Snow Day LA! It is such a great place for the family, a girls night, or a date night. I recently went for the second year in a row and loved it.
I took my niece and we had a blast. We got the VIP tickets which allows you to go in the shorter lines for tubing and entry to the event which made a big difference. It also includes warm fun onsies! We went with the snow owl onsies which was perfect for the cold night.
Aside from tubing they have a cute holiday light path, interactive light shows, an enchanted crystal garden, a lot of food trucks, a bar, and they make it “snow” all over the place. I watched kids play in the “snow” for hours!
There are so many great photo opps and best of all, in my opinion, is the dance party that they have going on! They have a great DJ and MC getting people pumped up, dancing and singing! I was sweating in my onsie after all the partying. They were giving tickets to people dancing which were for free food from the food trucks. We won a free ice cream from Blast for dancing our butts off! It was so worth it, the ice cream was so good!
A few tips: Arrive early to find parking. Parking is free but it’s street parking so it fills up fast. Wear comfortable shoes. You have to walk up hills, so make sure you bring the appropriate shoes. Dress warm! It gets chilly, so bundle up.
